  • Wish I could give them ZERO. Went here to Caribou/Einsteins with my hubby and son for breakfast one Saturday. They served me the wrong pastry, went back to the pick-up counter where I was ignored for over 5 minutes. Several employees looked at or passed by me and not one offered help. Yes, it was busy, but come on. I've already paid. I finally had to call out to an older lady in the back, I explained the problem, and she snatched the bag from my hand then practically rolled her eyes. No smile, no sorry, just a scowl. She brought another back, I asked if it was heated, she scowled again and turned around to heat it. Threw it in a bag and tossed it at me - it went sliding across the counter. I wanted to shove it down her throat, but my son would be pissed if I wasted his pastry on her. Never setting foot in there again.
