Sweet dreams are made of these... macarons, cakes, and gelatos!!!
Executive Chef Michelle is known for making all scrumptious macarons, made with chocolate fudge, caramels, jams and various other flavors. The macarons I tasted were fresh and not overly sweet. Another method I did was the separation test, it broke evenly so it's a good indicator.
Michelle was also able to acquire the services of two business partners. Desyreé Alberganti's of Gelatology & Terri Sue's Cakes. Desyree is famous for making exceptional gelatos and Terri makes the best Lava Cakes. There are times I'm not able to commute to the southwest part of town so this a great alternative.
The ambiance is what you would expect from a dessert shop, its sweet!
I go inside for gelato and come outside with german chocolate cake. It's indulgence overload.
Michelle is super nice and helpful, I'd recommend this place to anyone with a sweet craving.
