  • I've used this car wash on over 10 different occasions and I'm usually satisfied with the service I receive. With that said, I normally only do either an exterior hand wash or a hand wash with a mid level interior package. This time, I decided to have my truck fully detailed, which came out to about $160 after the carpet shampoo service was added (why that wouldn't be included in a full detail I couldn't tell you). The outside looked nice and they did a nice job waxing it as well, the seats were cleaned and conditioned as were the carpets on the floor. Included in the full detail service is a scrub of your interior plastics (i.e. Dashboard, steering wheel, etc). Upon completion of my services, which took 45 mins longer than originally promised, I discovered that there was still dust and dirt on the plastic portions of my seats, on all door frames, and my fender flares were still dirty. I had to bring my vehicle back to have it touched up, which they did without question when I showed them my receipt, but if I'm paying $160 for a service, I shouldn't have to require a touch up. I'll continue to have the less expensive $20-$40 wash done here, but will not return for detail services.
