  • In the office, plenty of estrogen, unfortunately no testosterone. Been here over 2 years, 2nd apartment, had to leave first one a few months into lease due to 6 tenants (4 young children) in unit above which management refused to do anything about constant noise-24 hours a day knee football just above my ceiling. Management/staff turnover, and not improving. So current manager, now here over 1 year goes on vacation mid to late December, but before she leaves, she fires a temp in the office who was terrific and had been here several months. Additionally ass't manager 8-1/2 months pregnant. 4th in the office, good worker, but only here a few months. So, ass't manager goes into labor and goes home, the temp is gone, and the manager is on vacation, 1 person left in office, the gal here for only a few months. Talk about inefficiency! Received my renewal lease 1 month after lease expiration, after having asked for new lease 5 times over 2 month period before lease expired-have heard similar from other tenants. Tenants constantly put unwanted furniture and garbage anywhere outside but not in the dumpsters-not a pretty sight, and management is loathe to do anything about it. Lots of dog poop around the property, not well patrolled nor enforced, illegal (according to lease) tenant trailers parked on property. The regional/district/owner people above the local management seemingly do not care much about any of above. OUCH for the tenants. Maintenance staff decent, finally turnover there has slowed down. Landscaping maintenance less than average. Terrific location, like my unit, just wish sound insulation (especially between floors) was better. New paint job of community looks pretty good, hope management will decide to do more than just put lipstick on a pig such as address some infrastructure issues due to age of property. Property has terrific potential with the things that are right, but the wrongs ought to be addressed. Lease rate seems to be fair vs. the market.
