Ok so I've had mixed experiences here. My first review was a 1 star because I was not at all impressed with the product and experience.
However, I have since purchased 5 suits from here. So they can't be all that bad right?
The materials are generally good, suit construction is good, and the service is SOMETIMES excellent. One thing I don't like about the service is that even if you have booked an appointment, they are extremely slow in getting someone to attend to you. They do not value your time at all.
I think you will have a good experience if you:
1) get the right person helping you
2) buy a suit when it's on sale (40-50% off)
3) have LOTS of time before when you will need the suit (expect things to be not quite right when the first product ships to you)
4) understand and leverage the full refund policy - do not accept anything less than complete satisfaction on your suit
5) order only through the showroom, not online
Indochino is about bringing a custom suit to you at a price point that rivals the mainstream -- with that there will be some kinks. Do not pay more than $549 for a suit here, it's not worth it.
If you can get one for under that price, and you have some patience, you will probably be satisfied.
