I've been with Truliant for over 10 years. The call center is always a very long wait and then you get passed to so many people even after dialing a direct extension. Reps will not call you back. You have to keep calling in to get what you want. I paid for an overnight check to be deposited to avoid fees for drafts coming through. Of course this was not done and they came out. I called 4 or 5 times trying to find out where my check was and to PLEASE get it deposited for I paid for the shipping. I'm giving 2 stars ONLY because the branch mngr of the corporate branch picked up the phone and called me after I sent 2 emails to her directly. She seemed sympathetic, but at this point I was exhausted from all the calling back and forth with no answers. Finally, they found my check and had been sitting at a tellers desk for 2 days b/c they didn't process them at the branch. However, the call center rep the day before is the one who gave me the branch address to overnight to! This is a credit union and I truly felt I was a bank customer. Glad there are other credit unions out there to choose from!
