  • I am currently sitting in a bed at Sunrise as I'm writing this. Yesterday was the absolute worst. I had a nurse named CAROL who was on the OU floor. Talk about TERRIBLE Customer service! She showed no empathy whatsoever. I am in constant pain because of what I have, and she didn't give two effs about how I was feeling. Then once the doctor came in and gave my med orders, she still wouldn't give them to me! So the Dr had to go and tell her to give it. Also, the charge nurse came in to see how my stay had been in that area, and I told her about CAROL. Needless to say, CAROL got in trouble, and I was moved to a more comfortable unit. MICAH has been great in making sure I am comfortable and has been on time with my meds. I will update more as time goes on and I'm here. It sucks, because I can't really go anywhere else because of my insurance. So I have to deal with these assholes. Ok, rant over.
