  • I wish I could give this company negative stars. The worst packages and worst customer Service ever !!!! So many better products out there. Avoid ADT - It is pointless to contact you. I was on the phone about a hour and 45 minutes back and fourth between corporate and my "Authorized dealer". Quoted 4 different prices and then told by the final sales rep something completely different. I would rather cancel my service and encourage potential clients to look else where. There are way better services and products... far above ADT. So you contacting you to here this all again is pointless.
