  • The doctors at Carle are great doctors. My primary is a Carle doctor! Nonetheless, I would never come to the ER here unless it was literally life or death. One such occasion, the situation was pretty bad so I walked over to the ER. They just shove you in a room and forget about you and then send you home. To make matters worse, the billing department is way too trigger happy with sending your bill to collections. I had a bill that I was making payments on. Next thing I know its sent to collections. Carle, if you want your money, stop with the old fashioned paper bill and seriously upgrade the MyCarle billing so that you get EMAIL reminders when a bill is ready. Also a little notification other than a single phone call when I'm at work would be nice when you decide to pull the trigger on my bill!
