this place is a complete joke, upon my move out i left the property i was renting in perfect move in ready fashion. about 30 days later i received a letter that had a small check and a few invoiced estimates showing work they supposedly had done to the house, e.g: (replace light bulbs, replace batteries in smoke alarms, replace filters and patch paint a wall) totaling $629. since this property was still on the market for rent i had a friend of mine who is a realtor stop by the property to see if any of the supposed work had actually been performed, and as my suspicions lead me in the right direction nothing had been touched. I'm not sure how a company can sit there and charge me for something that hasn't been done, and if i didn't know any better or have the ability to check after move out i would have never known. i bet they do this to every single person who rents a property from them. totally unprofessional!! i forgot to mention that multiple light bulbs were missing or burnt out, air filters were dirty, smoke alarms were chirping from low batteries, they left me multiple pieces of furniture in the back yard etc. then they have the nerve to charge me for these items in the end and not even give me the opportunity to fix these issues that i would have never thought about during a move out.
