I walked into this class thinking I could learn how to defend myself and walked out with so much more. At first the forms and movements didn't make sense and i was doubting whether or not i would continue with Wing Chun, but after practicing and using the movements to defend and attack it all made sense. What i got out of Wing Chun was not only a knowledge in self defense but a lot of improvement in my lower back. Everyone in this school is serious about Wing Chun and will help you out one way or another. If you're looking to take not only self defense lessons but to get a workout to tone yourself i am highly recommending this school.
