My husband needed to get some fingerprint work done and had an accompanying form that we thought needed to be filled out (Fingerprinting Pros., in a most helpful manner, later explained to us that the employer actually fills this form out). Like another reviewer mentioned, the older man working at the counter is extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest. He rambled, repeated himself, and basically could not get to the point of whether he could help us or not. What's worse, he was rude to one of his co-workers who asked if she could be of assistance. He promptly dismissed her with a short attitude. My husband and I left Burton Studio wishing we had never walked in. Do yourself a favor and go to Fingerprinting Pros. instead!
