  • Worst possible service I've ever received from a company period! Don't expect any competency at this facility or dealing with UPS as a whole. False promises is what the company motto seems to be. I had a COD business package delivered to my store at mandalay bay and when they didn't find the money order I had left for them they just left. Luckily I was able to reschedule for a same day will call pick up but that got pushed from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm so I get here at 6:30 pm and truck hasn't come back yet. At 7 pm they check and see the truck has come in but no available status on my package. I wait until 7:30 and the clerk tells me everyone in the back has left and I'm not getting my package. What a joke to be promised my package will be at will call and then not be able to pick up my business package when I wait for over an hour.
