| - I was impressed at first, as the unit was exactly as expected, work orders were completed quickly, and everything in the apartment seemed to work. The area is quiet, near a big park, and just minutes away from everything I needed. The apartment itself was fine, however I recommend the units near the front, as the back buildings have a fantastic view into the adjacent trailer park. However, the metal staircases are really loud, and the kids like to jump all over them, constantly. While that is not management's fault, the windows are single pane and a bedroom window is right along the breezeway near the stairs, making it impossible to ignore. In addition, the office staff became progressively less professional during and after my lease. I have been left on hold for 25 minutes and the staff member admitted that she forgot about me, and then after I moved out, I got most of my deposit back and never heard from them again. Then I found out that from my next apartment that they have falsely added 2 judgements to my record from an apartment number I didn't live in, during a year I didn't live there, and under a name that isn't mine (different first name, but my last name). I have now had to request a copy of my consumer report, and file a dispute (each taking several days), while this should never have even happened. When I called Esteban Park about these judgements, it took 6 calls to get through, and the staff member who answered had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and could not help me. I would no longer recommend living here due to the hassle I've been left with.
