  • I took my brand-new truck to get my windows tinted at this business. I thought this would be a decent place to take my vehicle since they operate out of a dealership, but when they tinted my windows, the tech lost the clips from at least two of my interior trim panels which held them onto the door frame. Instead of owning up to the issue, the tech placed some sticky foam pad into the void where the clip used to be and put the trim back into place using some of the clips that did not happen to fall out. When I inspected the trim myself, I noticed one of the panels was loose (I didn't find the second one until later) and brought it to their attention. To Autobahn's credit, they ordered me new clips from Toyota which they offered to install, but the fact that I had to bring this to their attention instead of the other way around was unacceptable for me. I ended up bringing my truck to the dealer to get the clips reinstalled because I did not want their techs back in my vehicle. Due to my experience, I would not recommend this business to others.
