  • I used to like 'PSP'. In fact, i've been a customer for years. But not so much anymore. Lately, i've noticed them carrying old, often far expired dry dog foods, which was shocking to me. And this was on more than one occasion and visit. One expired 'Wellness' brand bag was about a year old! One full year! This is inexcusable, and downright dangerous. And of course, it makes for poor business with consumers. I've given 'PSP' (both North Olmsted and Westlake locations) my frequent business for over 15 years, but not anymore. I'm done with them.
