  • I've had a membership at this gym for over a year and barely ever went. I decided to freeze my account for two months. The next month my card was charged the membership fee and a late fee. I called to ask why and the manager said it would be refunded in 5-7 business days but it never was. I decide to cancel my membership completely but the manager was never there. Finally after another month I got it canceled but never got my money refunded.
