I would be more apt to give his a higher rating if it were based on quality of care alone. However, I believe that the entire experience should be taken into consideration.
Making an appointment is quick and painless and usually they get you in within a day or so if necessary.
The office is nice and clean. The office staff seems nice.
The nursing staff is also nice, maybe a little to speedy at doing what they need to do (getting to why).
The doctors and professional staff is amazing. They genuinely care and want to get to know you and your lifestyle so then can provide quality care, this is hard to find.
Obviously it's too good to be true. Expect a wait and by wait, I mean maybe bring your lunch and some novels and maybe some yarn and needles to knit a blanket. My first appointment was about an hour and half wait (YES I had an appointment), second is nearly passing that mark, again with an appointment.
Why is this? (and yes expect this to be normal for this place) well, because the more patients seen in a day the more claims the office can make too insurance companies and thus resulting in more payouts. So you will walk in and see about 25 people waiting and they probably all have the same appointment time. It sucks, but that is the norm. If waiting isn't your thing, and it's not mine, find a smaller practice and ask them about their scheduling practices.
