My daughter sent her mother flowers. Ordered four days before the delivery, chose something "original" from the florist's website. What my wife received was a vase full of old flowers that looked nothing like what was ordered. In fact, not one flower in the delivered vase was in the ordered product.
The flowers were delivered Saturday and here it is Monday and they are all dead. I think they used the flowers left over from Mother's Day and they should be ashamed of themselves.
That will be the last time they get money from our family. Why? Because they have failed to resolve the problem or even attempt to resolve it.
