  • I saw a piece of furniture in the store a few weeks back, and went there today to try and buy it. Getting to R&R for me is very difficult, because my days off are the same days they are closed. I scramble Saturday afternoon to get there, and make it in 5 minutes before close. The woman working there tells me they're closing, and asks if there is anything I'm interested in. I tell her I'm interested in the chaise, and that I can't come back on Tuesday, because I work. She says "oh", turns around, and walks away. I was flabbergasted. Needless to say, she lost my sale.
