  • As long as ive had my newest car (since june 16) ive brought my business here for what i needed so far. Ive been helped by Henry every time, except last night when i bought my replacement back tail light i was helped by another gentleman who was also very helpful nice and quick. Anyway long story short, my grandpa ended up having a hard time installing the bulb so we thought it might of been more than the one i got. We went back to O'Reillys to make sure. I was lucky enough to get Henry right when i walked in, he greeted us and asked if i needed help. Told him the story , he doubled checked in the computer and asked to take a look at my car. He ended up installing the bulb for us without question and seemed very glad to help! It really made me feel valued as a customer. I didnt expect that at all. I will keep returning and recommend this location just because of the awesome customer service!
