I signed up for Hiking Yoga for a hike last Saturday with my boyfriend and we loved it! Beautiful scenery, just enough breaks to catch your breathe and relax while doing some yoga, and a moderate hike with many short flat ground sections to ease the burning muscles! It was awesome. Natalie was great and the group we went out with was a lot of fun. It was about an hour and half with 7 people. You don't need to bring a mat or anything because its mostly standing yoga. I wasn't exactly sure on the location but I simply zoomed into the map on their website and called the company. I left a a voicemail and got a phone call (and then a text because they didn't reach me) later that day to give me more specific directions. I then received an email from Natalie confirming the hike and meeting spot. I would recommend this to anyone. I can't wait to get more people in on this with me and it make it a new weekend past time!
