Terrible customer service, cannot get a return call...technicians do not call back. Wait times to speak with customer service average 30+ minutes, regardless of time of day you call. Service Manager not responsive, the two times I have called to speak to him for dissatisfaction (due to technician never calling back), he never returned my call. The GM is always "in a meeting" when you call, will not take phone call. I have spent upwards of 2 hours each time I have needed in between service, JUST to get someone to answer the phone, waiting on tech to call schedule...they never call, so I call back and wait. Horribly managed.
