Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. I had tried on dresses at two places the day prior for my first time and it set a high standard for what I expected. When I got to Anjolique, I was greeted nicely and immediately assigned a consultant. She introduced herself and was checking over my registration sheet. From there, we started to look at dresses and she brought over suggestions. When we went over to try on dresses, it was not a comfortable or fun experience. I tried on 6 dresses and starting with the very first I felt pressured and afraid to try on the next dress. I would point out what I didn't like about the dress and the consultant would argue with me about why it was there. I tried on my 6th dress after feeling just okay about the first 5 and another consultant came over to talk about the dress. Both consultants started whispering after I said I didn't like the dress. Then she came up and said "What don't you like about it?" Well.. it just wasn't me. They proceeded to get a veil and a belt to wrap around it as if to bribe me to like it. She did not help out at all with putting dresses on or going to find others to adjust to what I like. For example, one dress had pleats on the front that I stated I didn't like. She responded by saying "Those are there to accentuate your figure." That did not change that I didn't like them. I guess this is what happens at a bigger shop, although I did see others having a better experience than I did. We left after just 40 minutes and I left very frustrated.
