  • I'm very bummed with my experience considering all the positive reviews on this site! I decided to give this place a chance this past Sunday, I was in terrible need of a hair cut and just wanted a trim and layers. I love having noticeable chunky layers. When asked how I wanted my hair cut I said, A trim to remove all dead ends, and I like my layers chunky. She showed me about how much hair she would remove, I was happy to see it go. Well after some cutting, layering and a little face framing, I was finished TERRIBLE! I didn't want a blow dry and a style, so she didn't even bother to show me what it looked like in the back.....Foul on my part, but I guess I figured you really can't screw up something this easy. My hair is barely cut, I still have tons of dead ends, she showed me she'd take off about an inch and a half of hair.....she maybe removed a half an inch, if that. She took "chunky" LITERALLY! There are multiple places through out my hair where it's all just cut straight across, the front of my hair is longer than the back. and the back is cut straight across. This is the type of hair cut I would expect to get from Great Clips. Very Disappointed, I wish I would have gotten her name!
