I was here a few months ago. It has an OK layout with a cool sliding door that opens to the sidewalk for runs -- but it is plagued with occasional flooding issues which is a serious health concern. I love CrossFit but I don't want to do burpees or stretching on that rubber floor.
I would also like to second the opinion of another review here stating that their beginner program is inadequate. I have been to several CrossFit gyms around the country and the more respected operations all have 4 or 6 week new member programs with more hands-on instruction along with a more professional atmosphere.
