  • Our dishwasher died, and after research, we found a replacement that we wanted. Spencer's had it in stock. The salesman was very knowledgeable ,and they could deliver the next day, which sounded great. I got a price, and I asked if there were installation charges or a charge to dispose of the old unit. Nope. So, I bought. Then, the invoice arrived later that night. There was a $70 charge on there for shipping! Hey, isn't that part of installation? There was about a $25.00 charge for some fittings. Hey, isn't *that* also part of installation? Since we really needed it, we went ahead and kept it. The installers were first rate and did a good job. But... I feel that the salesman was dishonest. He knew by my questions that I was looking for extra charges, but he didn't tell me. So, instead of five stars, two stars. Next time, I'll use someone else, like maybe the Phoenix outlet of the same company which has much better Yelp reviews.
