  • This company is the worst!!! First it took 4 calls to get them even at my house. Leaving us with zero heat for 2 days. Then when dean and vaugn finally showed up they spend 5 mins in the furnace room and handed me a bill for $1300!! They said i needed a bunch of parts. Instead of 1 or 2. When i asked if all that was needed, i got yelled at that i should buy a whole new unit off them!! NEVER EVER CALL CLIMATE CHANGE!
