  • This place is so consistently clean, has plenty of classes and AWESOME TEACHERS! I love that they have expanded the dressing and shower facility, they also have the greatest floors to practice on and the AIR IS FILTRATED so it's never stinky! The owners take pride in their studio as shown by putting money back into it and are always there either teaching or interacting with their customers/employees. To find an exercise for the mind, body and spirit to which you can spend decades perfecting and growing into is truly a blessing and having a top notch studio to practice in that is equally dedicated to this art is getting to 'have it all'! There are many forms of yoga and I have tried a few but Bikram is the one that I'm hooked on. Thanks Ben, Elaina and all the staff and friends that I"ve made at this studio that encourage me!
