  • If I could give this place negative stars, I would max it out. This place has the absolute WORST customer service when it comes to returns. Let me start off by saying that all of the associates I talked to were really sweet, and none of this is really their fault, but instead, the greedy loan shark owners of the company. I tried to return an item I purchased and one location at the Luxor suggested I should take it to a different location because she would have to contact the manager and it would take a while. (I realized later this is because she was afraid of having to deal with the higher ups) Sure enough, i found myself in the same situation, but a different location. The associate who helped me was super sweet and understood my situation, she talked to the manager and she said I could get a refund.. but after about 45 minutes of trying to do a refund, she said there was something wrong with the system, and suggested I try the location at fashion show. So, despite my frustration I walked 30 minutes to fashion show to try and make a return. Well, guess what?? Same shit. The associate said that she would need to call their manager, and have to get the refund approved. And after 10 minutes of her being on the phone, she came back and told me that she COULDN'T do it. I told her the manager before said I could, but she gave me the runaround about how the higher ups are strict about returns. She said she could give me 50% off any item with an exchange and would reimburse me the difference. Since I was already frustrated with dealing with this ridiculously shitty company, I took the offer. Come to find out, after the transaction went through and I looked at the receipt, I pointed out that the return and exchange policy is up to 14 days, and her response was, "yea we could give you a refund but we wanted give you other options!" Which isn't what she told me after she got off the phone. So obviously that was a complete lie and I could tell she was trying to save face, probably because the owners threatened to fire her.. If you buy something from this company, don't plan on getting your money back. Period. Reading other reviews about this company proves I'm not the only one who had to jump through hoops just to try to get a refund. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again, and to the stingy owners of this company, it's pretty hilarious and hypocritical that your brand is named "karma and luck" being that your brand incorporates products dealing with mindfulness, Buddah, and Malas, but you're adamant about not allowing people to make returns. I may have had bad luck with dealing with your shitty business, but if you believe in karma, I would be worried if I were you.
