Bad drivethrough setup so I went inside. Employees are extremely curt. No customer service training at all. I ordered a black coffee and the register person forgot to get it (its okay, it happens!) But when the line died down, I went to ask someone for it, and it turned into a game of hot potato with my tall coffee. I dont care who gets it, just give me what I paid for. It was a little obnoxious, after being patient for awhile...
