This is a typical Hampton Inn and we were greeted by a friendly woman behind the check in desk. She explained when breakfast would be available, the chocolate chip cookies, coffee and gave us bottled water. Our room was on the second floor and appeared very clean. A little disappointing that we had a room facing the road as we like quiet rooms, but it turned out not to be an issue. The water pressure in the shower was great and the towels were decent.
My only gripe was that the toilet had a leak and kept filling up, which makes an annoying noise. Since we had unpacked, I didn't want to move, so we ended up just turning the water valve off while we were sleeping. There is no way that the cleaning staff wouldn't realize this needed attention, so it annoys me it wasn't working correctly. Upon check out, the manager was behind the counter and when we told her, she said thanks, we will get it taken care of. I guess I expected her to at least apologize for having a room that wasn't up to par.
Left without breakfast so can't comment.
