  • Terrible. They took hours. Can't tell me how to get the free online photos indicated in the e-mail offer sent by their very own store manager Chelsea ("we don't have anything to do with online), gave me the wrong session #/password so I can't access my photos online, directed me to the 888# which then directs me to register my problem online. Three days later I can't find a real live person to help me. What good are cute photos if you can't access them, let your family see them, etc??? Only good thing was Katie - excellent, patient photographer. But little good those photos do me when I don't get the deal that was advertised and can't access the pictures anyway. Avoid this place!
