  • I was a regular here for awhile, if I'm not mistaken it's a mother and daughter duo. I normally got the mother and she's very professional and talks things out to you about what's going on with your brows so forth and so on. I would get the $25.00 card and that got me up to 5 visits which is am exceptional deal. Sounds good right? Well, why my review lacks 5 stars is because of the daughter. Whenever would go on Sundays I would get her daughter-then my experience changed drastically. She's short, borderline rude stays on the phone, is not very engaging and reeks of cigarette smoke. On top of that she screwed my brows up more often than most so much so that her mom asked me who threaded them! I politely advised her it was her daughter. I hate to rate this way but there is clearly a difference between the two, overall mom does great work. Just my two cents.
