  • My hubby and I purchased our brand new 2006 Chevy Silverado HD here from Lou Warner. What a great guy, no pressure, excellent service...and he even remembers to send me birthday wishes each year! (of course it helps because we SHARE the same birthday!) We have gone back many times to check out inventory but haven't made an additional purchase as of yet. There have been three people we've referred to Lou however that have purchased and were as pleased with the experience as we were. The best part of all...the finance manager ( I can't think of his name) was FABULOUS! And that's almost unheard of in the AZ car industry. He was so incredibly professional, ZERO pressure, very personable and enjoyable to do business with. All I remember about him is his office had TONS of pictures of him running marathons...which was impressive in and of itself. But to have the personality/professionalism to boot....I will continue to refer ANYONE in the market for a new vehicle to Power in Arrowhead. Just ask for Lou Warner...tell him Laura sent ya! ;0)
