  • I would like to give this place a good review as the laser technician was very kind and sociable. However, I purchased the groupon for 6 laser hair removal treatments at the end of 2011. At the first treatment I had to wait 45 minutes for my 15 minute appointment, and after the first treatment NONE of my hair fell out, which it is supposed to after 7-10 days. But it never did! At my second treatment I notified her, so she must have turned up the power or something because less than 24 hours after my second treatment my skin was very badly burned. I had a second degree burn, yes blister and open wound that was a circular with an inch diameter. This clearly indicated to me that she is not knowledgeable about what levels should be used with the laser machine! Do not go here unless you are willing to risk a burn! I talked with Groupon and they refunded me for the total amount I paid.
