  • purchased a warranty on a refrigerator that we purchased new 2/2015. The refrigerator broke 2/2018 The warranty repairman they work with is completely unprofessional. After he came out to diagnose, neither he or Daniels did not return our calls when we called to ask about the status of our repair. The refrigerator has still not been repaired. This is the 7th appliance we have purchased through Daniels. Prior to this experience I recommended them all the time. Now I will never recommend. The salesman was unsympathetic and hurried us off the phone, the ownere would not return calls. Horrible customer experience. I like to shop local and locally owned but this makes a good case for the big box stores!
