We were very happy with the price we received initially until fast forward almost 8 weeks later when we finally sorted out the issues we had for almost 2 months after paying in cash for our kitchen suite. Our fridge was on back order from the start, which was expected since we needed a counter depth model not typically stocked. We received our range oven, dishwasher, and microwave in the meantime. However the microwave was damaged when I took it out to install. The unit was completely crushed on the backend, so I called to advise our sales person. He addressed it and advised we would have a new one in a few days. That was roughly 2 weeks after us coming in. Still, no fridge. I called for updates on a weekly basis and was told it was still on backorder. After nearly a month of waiting our fridge was delivered, damaged. The front of the unit had been dented in, the bottom freezer was driven into by a forklift and clearly was re-boxed and delivered because there was no protective film on any of the doors. We were given a damaged unit. Extremely frustrating cause we're now over a month and I'm still needing a new fridge. We began getting deliveries of fridge doors without any warning. An Electrolux representative who came to my house called to schedule a day, arrived and didn't know we even had the doors. So now after 6 weeks we have a complete set. Not without headache, and constant back and forth. Initially we had a great experience in the store with our salesperson, and none of this was his fault. Clearly this issue comes from much higher up logistically and because of that I'll never recommend anyone to save money and go here knowing the headache we dealt with.
