  • We were in search of a new chiropractor after moving from Iowa and found this one with high ratings. I initially posted a bad review, and while we did not prefer the way Dr. Cohen adjusted our baby (same as adults- we prefer the neck adjusted in a seated position- gonstead technique), I came back to update my review because Martha provided excellent customer service and took the time to follow up with me regarding a mistake that my insurance made with duplicate claims. While we will seek a chiropractor that provides our preferred method of care, I do admit they have great customer service. I very was pleased with how graciously they handled my bad review, and that Martha took the time to make sure I I knew something wasn't right.
