The Customer Service rep Alice at the Phoenix airport is horrible with handling customers. She's rude and Looks to argue for no reason. As soon as I asked her a simple question, she went off on a tangent telling me "I'm capable of doing my job". She made us almost miss our flight because she was "busy", despite there being a long line. I asked if there was someone to assist her and she became more hostile. I felt like a criminal and I did nothing wrong. She was the worse person I experienced after 4 flights and 4 airports. She clearly struggles with trying to be in control, as opposed to providing a service. Her tone was aggressive and she was extremely sarcastic. I can't believe she's in charge of anything with her attitude. Maybe she should clean the toilets being that she clearly cannot handle customers. I am so disappointed with her poor attitude. I will look to further my complaint until this is rectified. I asked her for a pen and she said "I'm going to document this" I asked why and she could not give me a reason. She asked me to print my name and there was no pen and when I asked for a pen she became very hostile, advising the she was going to "document" this. This is very disappointing, and nothing short of harassment!! I can't believe she's employed with her poor attitude. If this is not addressed it will be escalated to the highest extent possible.
