  • Until today, I thought I had at least heard about most cool coffee shops around town. I was wrong because I had never heard of Echo and just happened to drive by a few days ago. Today I decided to stop in and was pleasantly surprised. I can't judge a coffee shop by coffee because I have never had a coffee in my life....so I judge it by its ambiance and its Chai Tea Lattes!!!! Yes I said Chai. This place has an amazing Chai! and I like the unique feel of the place. It seems like its a neighborhood coffee shop stuck in a corporate-type building/possibly the wrong building for this place. But it was still pretty cool. I'd go back. (and the couch is amazing)
