This law firm is incredibly easy to work with at first. They respond promptly and are very nice. However, they did not perform the services they were contacted for and refuse to issue a refund. Also, they stop being pleasant and quick at responding if money comes up as the subject. I tried several times to resolve the issues via e-mail and calling. Also, I was informed that Ryan Cummings and Rollins would be assigned to the cases. While at court Roger and Jushin were present instead. So expect to be totally confused as R&R is a myriad of lawyers. They were not representing speeding tickets in these cases (that were dropped), so if your case is something else, you best go elsewhere.
In response to the comments below, it's amazing how Serena told me you were unavailable for the next couple of days and then you respond here. I tried to resolve this with you in a professional manner. You avoided my questions and I still have no copy of the fee agreement. I'm also unsure how much involvement, if any, you had in the dismissal. If my boyfriend signed the papers you should be able to inform me outright. So it feels like you are hiding something. I spoke to the prosecutor about my wishes and it seems like you had little to do with the outcome. I may be wrong but you are incredibly unforthcoming.
I received a letter from Victim Services that the cases I contacted R&R about were dropped as part of the plea deal another lawyer handled. I reached back out to R&R and am awaiting their response. Hopefully we can come to a better result!
