I started doing their prenatal yoga at nearly 34 weeks and truly wish I had found this class before for my entire pregnancy.
I've been unsatisfied with prenatal yoga because I have found that it doesn't relieve my aches and pains as much as I had hoped. As anyone who has been pregnant knows, carrying extra weight on your front makes your back, hips and other areas ache.
I absolutely love how the suspension method can take my weight and allow be to release and stretch my back. I walked away from class feeling so much better than I do coming out of a massage.
I also love that you can get into positions (like the goddess pose or pigeon pose) completely supported so you are able to truly stretch into your pelvic area and hips. And let's be honest: that's the area where us pregnant ladies need to stretch the most!!
I think this method of yoga is going to help me leading up to my delivery. Can't recommend for sore, heavy, swollen pregnant women enough!
