  • Wow. It looks like they either got new management or its all falling apart over here. Lobby person took my money and didn't bother to tell me the hot water heaters weren't working. Don't get me wrong, a cold shower after the sauna heat can be quite lovely. Also discovered that only 1 steam room was working in the ladies' locker room, but they did put new shower heads in. Overall, the trip to Imperial spa was still good, the saunas were hot, the pools were delicious but whomever the attendant was at the front desk left much to be desired. His attitude and lack of interest in my subpar experience is a shame. Pretty sure I won't be coming back.
