So since I have not been to Jamba in while I decided to treat myself and my husband to a healthy treat this morning and went to this location since it was close. Big mistake . I really believe that there was only 1 person working this morning , she was a bleach blond much older woman who got the lady before me her order wrong .She corrected it then it was my turn to order. She clearly needs help . I said it twice reading my husband's order off my phone in front of her a Peach Perfection Smoothie , a 22 oz that was almost $7.00 ( so not worth it ) . She missed it completely and only heard my order then when I asked her about the Peach Smoothie , she claims she did not hear me and had the never to charge me for her mistake . Lady, not cool. Again maybe you need some help in the store. You struggled so much making my 2oz Wheat Grass Shot, geeezzzeee. I will not be back anytime soon. Jamba you let me down so I will be making my own Jamba inspired homemade Juices at home. I can't believe what I saw and experienced this morning. And she did not even man up for her mistake. Shame on you lady, shame on you . Not Cool how you treat your loyal customers. Shame on you lady for again not manning up and owning it when you could have .
