  • Terrible service! Terrible work! The nail tech did not file or shape my nails, when i asked her why she shaped them so poorly she replied, " It's how your nail is growing." I was mortified! So I asked the other nail tech to look at her work, extending my nails and he replied, "i would've done the same thing." I could not believe this, they gave me my money back including the tip i had given her initially. They told me not to come back as I was leaving the store. I want to make this clear, I was not argumentative nor did I expect my money back, all I wanted was my nails to be pretty. I am a hard working mom with 4 kids, I truly was hoping to get some compassion, but in return I was turned away.
