Shame on you John. Upon first meeting you and doing business with SWB, I was utterly impressed at the price and trustworthy customer service. After our 3rd service at SWB my skepticism served me correctly though. There's something about a person shrugging their shoulders and portraying a sense of innocence while knowingly misleading and mistreating a client. Shame on you again John. You quoted me $1000+ to change an alternator, and went on to tell me that the part alone was $675 and that I would have trouble finding one in the city. I went on to get the entire repair done for under $500. What you're doing to people is wrong and you know it. The shameful part is once you realized we found another place to do the work, you tried to tell my wife a different price than you originally quoted. Bad business, and whomever your boss is, is letting you mistreat clients.
