I shopped in the store for organic products, vitamins and specialty snacks for a number of years. I try to shop locally and even though their prices are often higher, I like to support my local stores and enjoy the convenience. Yesterday, when I returned home I realized one of my purchased items was missing from my bag. I checked my bill and I had in fact paid for it. I called the store and they refused to provide me with my missing item. I will shop elsewhere in future. This is basic customer service that the bigger retailers as well as other local health food stores can provide me.
