  • My initial poor impression has been completely overhauled lately: communications have been good, with a consistent team of individuals responding. Response times have been reasonable. There is a website for entering maintenance requests; Repairs have been made in a timely manner, and with good craftsmanship. I am pleased with the manner in which they have really stepped-up their service.
