  • I had not had my hair trimmed, cut, or anything in about a year. I have been growing out my hair due to a previous hair decision I made last year that I regret and colored it back to my original hair color (black) a couple months ago. I was embarrassed to have anyone deal with the mess I had on my head that I called "hair". I was off today and really needed my hair done. I had morning errands to run and by 2pm I knew I didn't have much time to find a good salon and/or get an appointment. So I looked on Yelp and found nothing but 5 star reviews on this salon and noticed they took walk-ins and were open until 7pm. This place sounded too good to be true. I called and they got me in right away. I walked in with a hat on and bun - trying to hide and not draw attention to myself with my awful and damaged hair. My hairdresser was Hayden and she was AWESOME! She greeted me walking in and I told her the history of my hair and what I really hoped to achieve by the end of our appointment. We both decided that I needed a cut, thinning, and deep condition to get the end results. Remember, I had not had my hair done in about a year so there was a lot to do. The salon was super busy and every chair taken by a client and hairdresser - but for good reasons. The atmosphere is great, the store is clean, and everyone is so nice and polite. They are busy because they are great! Hayden and I chatted away the entire time I was in the chair and time flew. She took great care of me and in the end...*drum roll*...WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS! My hair looks like it did before I colored it and everything last year! It looks healthy, feels so soft, and my confidence is through the roof! I got great tips on how to care for my hair for the weeks to come and will definitely be making my haircuts every 6-8 weeks instead of 6-8+ months. This salon is truly a hidden gem. It has tons of clients because it is on top of its game. The prices are the best in the whole area and won't break your wallet. You get a hairdresser that cares about YOUR image and how YOU will look walking out of their salon. I am so happy with my new hair and will be spreading the word about this place to everyone I know.
